Weekly Relaxation No. 1

It has taken me a long time to know that for me personally, I have to force myself to stop working and slow down a little bit every week i.e. my Weekly Relaxation. The perfect time to do that is in the bath because I can read and listen to podcasts and just overall reset. For Weekly Relaxation, I am going to be discussing different ways I relax. Lush Twilight Bath Bomb

One of my favorite discoveries since moving to DC is Lush. I know they probably aren’t new to y’all, but I found out about them a little less then a year ago and I am obsessed. As someone with very sensitive skin, bath products can really bother me but Lush products don’t at all.

So my weekly relaxation tip is to take a bath and slow down and if you really want to treat yourself, go scope out the Lush website! This is not sponsored, I just seriously adore Lush.
