My weekly relaxation has been even more important lately as life has been so hectic with the move and everything else that it has been very difficult to find time for my self-care routine.

One thing I am discovering is that even just 10 minutes of self-care can be instrumental, which is what I love about face masks and eye masks. Especially as someone who need their glasses to function, 10 to 15 minutes of sitting with a mask on and no glasses, forces me to take some time to decompress and put down my phone.

As you guys know from this face mask round up, I love my face masks. Especially when wearing a covid mask, cleaning and cleansing your skin is so important. But eye masks are a newer addiction of mine. I love putting one on after my shower in the morning while I’m getting ready.

It really moisturizes your under eyes and decreases dark circles noticeably and is a nice way to relax while also waking up your skin and eyes.
