SAG Red Carpet

This is one of my favorite times of the year because there are so many fashion related events going on. It is currently fashion week in Paris and I have loved seeing the runways! Hopefully one day I’ll be able to go to my own fashion week. In addition to fashion week, there are also loads of award shows which means lots of red carpets. Most recently, were the SAG awards and I absolutely adored some of the looks! Here are my favorites…what looks did you like the most?

Alexandra Breckenridge is not someone normally on my radar, but I loved the chain mail detail against the classical lines and folds of this dress. Plus the mustard-y color paired with her red lipstick and blush worked perfectly!

I love Allison Williams because she always does classic beauty with a twist. The detailing on this dress is absolutely incredible and so unique. I love how it is almost a full length version of a flapper dress and how intricate the bodice is.

Ok serious question…does Halle Berry age? Because she looks absolutely incredible! Not only do I love the sequin/tulle combo but also just Halle Berry in general.

I don’t think it is possible to say enough good things about Lupita. She is not only one of my style icons but one of my life idols. I adore her and thought she looked stunning.

One of the big color themes was this pale pink, almost off-white color and I loved it. I think Margot Robbie pulled it off the best because she embraced the girliness of it while also adding that fashion punch that you expect from someone like Margot on the red carpet.

The final look I wanted to talk about was Yara Shahidi. Anyone who rocks a power jumpsuit like this deserves some recognition so let’s just take a moment to acknowledge Yara’s star power.

As usual for my red carpet posts, none of these photos are mine. Thanks for reading and let me know who you thought rocked it on the red carpet! Until next time…
