Hello all! I normally love Mondays, but man was this Monday even better than usual! I went up to DC yesterday to begin the great apartment hunt of 2018. Sunday was definitely disappointing and I was starting to get worries about finding a place before school started.

Well today, it all came together. I was still worried this morning, but I went to tour a little studio and it turned out to be perfect! I even filled out my application today and everything! I had definitely been stressed out about moving, because when is moving not stressful? But now, everything seems to be coming together.

I am so excited about starting a new chapter in a new place and I have already started decorating my new house in my head…yes I created a pinterest board and everything!

As I start moving and getting to DC, I’d love to hear any and all advice y’all have about living in DC or about moving or about living in a studio apartment! So many more details to come about my move and other exciting things I’m doing right now. Until next time…
