And the summer gingham obsession continues! Ok so I admit, there is a lot going on with this outfit. But, if you really love something, why not wear it head to toe?

I know that for most people, this outfit would be way too aggressive, but hear me out. I always talk about mixing patterns by maintaining a color palette. But, another great way to experiment with patterns is by wearing the same pattern in different colors.

Wearing one of these pieces in a drastically different color and a different pattern would probably even be too much for me. (Probably being the key word here because who knows what will happen the next time I am bored in my closet). But, since they are both gingham, it is only slightly aggressive instead of overwhelming.

I think you get the idea, but the moral of the story is don’t give up on patterns yet! They are so fun and you can do so much with them!
