I have never been a big fan of dress pants because I always struggle to find a flattering pair and I would rather wear dark jeans or a dress. However, I am obsessed with these. The pattern and cut feels very Mad Men-esque and we all know how much I love that. They are also great because they are a light-weight wool so perfect for this transitional weather. I would definitely recommend adding these or something similar to your wardrobe. Especially since you can easily pair these with a dark colored shirt or sweater.

I love this sweater with them because the sweater needs a little something to dress it up for work or an evening out. Yes, it is extremely comfortable and soft, but just with jeans it is a little casual. These dress pants and the red lipstick give it just the extra push it needs to be perfect for a nicer occasion.
