Black and Blue All Over
Hello! Happy Thursday! One of the most classic outfits is a little black dress and pearls. Especially after Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, it is impossible not to associate this look with class and style.
With that said, a little black dress can work for almost any situation depending on the style. A more conservative, shift style dress is perfect for the work-place no matter the season. Of course, I know and am aware of this and love a little black dress as much as the next girl. However, sometimes it can get a little boring and monotonous to just wear a black dress over and over.
The key for mixing this up, for me, is accessories. Especially at work, I don’t want to go overboard, but it is important to me to stay true to my style and personality no matter the situation. With this look, I love the idea of adding a pop of color. Whether it is your shoes, jewelry, or a statement handbag, a little color can go a long way towards making your outfit more exciting.
