Back to the Classics
As much as I love branching out, there is nothing like the classics. Now classics in clothes can mean anything, it just depends on the person and their style. Classic for me? Pink, stripes, and a little unexpected sass.
Now as someone who refused to wear pink until I was in college, there is almost no pink that I won’t wear or at least try. This skirt is one of the first pink things I ever owned (I bought it for an internship and have had it tailored over the years so it still fits me). Despite the bright color, it has become a classic in my wardrobe. Weather it is a pink skirt or a black one, having a good skirt you can rely on no matter what the occasion is invaluable.
Patterns are vital to liven up any wardrobe. Whether it is stripes, polka dots, floral, or something else. I love all patterns, but I always end up back with my trusty old stripes. There is just something about them that is so timeless and classic and I always can find a way to wear them.
For those of you who know me, you know I never leave home without a little sass…whether it is in my outfit or my personality. I love this back because it is such a surprise to see the mention of tequila and the illusion to drinking on a Kate Spade purse. But I love the sass and love the size of this bag!
