Weekly Relaxation No. 1
It has taken me a long time to know that for me personally, I have to force myself to stop working and slow down a little bit every week i.e. my Weekly Relaxation. The perfect time to do that is in the bath because I can read and listen to podcasts and just overall reset. For Weekly Relaxation, I am going to be discussing different ways I relax.
